Planning & Design
Projects undertaken include but are not limited to:
- Proposals for Pre-Planning and Full Planning permission
- Listed building and conservation area consent
- Variations and discharge of planning conditions
- Design and access
- Heritage statements
Applications are carefully managed throughout the registration process, liaising with Case Officers to ensure that applications are determined as efficiently as possible, with the best chance of a favourable outcome.
In the event of a Council refusal, an Appeal can also be issued to the Planning Inspectorate for consideration.
Commercial
Planning & Design
Projects undertaken include but are not limited to:
- Developing contemporary and visually strong retail interiors to meet client sales target projections and budgets.
- Store space planning, detailing all shop-fit fixtures and management of tender submissions.
- Development of a retail interior and shop front designs for high street retailers, submitting and obtaining necessary Planning, Advertisement and Landlords Approvals.
- Planning Consultant to major independent ATM providers. Preparing installation drawings and submitting for Planning and Advertisement Approvals.
